Teesside Golf Club

Baines Jewitt is delighted to have become a commercial sponsor of Teesside Golf Club. Look out for our logo on the Sponsors’ Board and our representatives on the golf course!

Aimee Willmott

We have been a corporate sponsor and business adviser to Middlesbrough-born competitive swimmer Aimee Willmott since 2016. Everyone at Baines Jewitt was therefore thrilled to share Aimee’s Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games success, where she was crowned Women’s 400m Individual Medley Champion. We are also delighted that Aimee was an athlete representative on the board of Commonwealth Games England in 2022.

Careers Events

Our team enjoy getting out and about to inspire the next generation of professional accountants. We recently attended Teesside High School’s careers convention to talk to young people about routes into accountancy and the possible next steps after school, college or university.

Employee Fundraising

Our employees like to do their own bit for charity and regularly raise money for worthwhile causes. Several of our team, including Gail have taken part in major charitable sporting events such as the Great North Run.

Salvation Project

Supporting Charity

Our team regularly holds office-based fundraising activities for our chosen charities, including Teesside Hospice and Breast Cancer Now. This includes bake sales, a festive quiz, our own ‘Christmas Jumper Day’, raffles and taking part in Wear It Pink Day.

Boldon CA Football Club

Football isn’t always about the premier league! So, Baines Jewitt is delighted to be supporting Boldon CA Football Club at Boldon Colliery in the Northern Football League this season.

Teesside Music Society

We regularly support the cultural life of our community, such as sponsorship of concerts organised by Teesside Music Society. This includes a recent performance by the Kosmos Ensemble, a trio who have twice been winners of ‘Selected Artists’ by the Making Music organisation and gathered accolades from around the world.

Stockton Cricket Club

Baines Jewitt is a proud corporate sponsor of Stockton Cricket Club. We were therefore delighted when Stockton’s first eleven gained a well-earned promotion to Division 1. The team got off to a great start this season, with new professional signing Himanshu Mantri scoring 104 not out!
