Many congratulations to our tax manager and keen golfer Brittany Hill who represented Durham in the Northern Counties Match Week recently.

Durham County Ladies Golf Association (DCLGA) had the honour of hosting the event at Eaglescliffe Golf Club from Monday 8th June until Wednesday 10th June.

The tournament involved the six Northern Counties (Durham, Northumberland, Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire) who all met to play each other over the course of three-days.

Despite not making it through to the national final, to be held at Betchworth Park golf club in July, the Durham team played exceptionally well. As well as battling stiff competition, they also endured some very tough weather conditions including torrential rain, hail storms, and lightening.
