{"id":1433,"date":"2016-08-03T13:26:55","date_gmt":"2016-08-03T13:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bainesjewitt.co.uk\/blog\/?p=1433"},"modified":"2016-08-03T13:26:55","modified_gmt":"2016-08-03T13:26:55","slug":"public-sector-to-be-abandoned-after-ir35-reform","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bainesjewitt.co.uk\/blog\/public-sector-to-be-abandoned-after-ir35-reform\/","title":{"rendered":"Public sector to be abandoned after IR35 reform"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A staggering 80 per cent of contractors plan on abandoning the public sector if the proposed IR35 reforms go ahead, research reveals.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Four in five contractors had said they would turn down an inside-IR35 role and seek opportunities elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, contractors who work under their own \u2018personal service company\u2019 are entitled to the tax breaks given to limited companies.
